Policy Statement

Access to computerized financial data requires the approval of the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer or the Comptroller. Data is normally provided through web based reports and queries.

Access to computerized financial data is available to University organizational units. Access to accounting/budgeting financial data through the web is primarily limited to inquiry only.

Access is limited to data pertaining to each user's scope of responsibility. The assignment of access will be controlled by the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and the Comptroller.
