Personnel Legal Actions, Responding to
Correspondence or any other notice of complaint stemming from employment practices (e.g. unlawful discrimination) must be directed immediately to the Office of Human Resources. This includes notices from the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Office of Civil Rights. In the event of a lawsuit involving employment practices the Office of Human Resources will coordinate the University's defense.
