Policy Statement

Additions to the University fleet of conveyances requiring registration as motor driven vehicles must be approved by the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and purchased through the University's Purchasing Department. Unless a specific exception is made by the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, all motor vehicles will be part of the University fleet and will be serviced and maintained by the Physical Plant Department.
