Scope

Policy Statement

University owned or leased vehicles are to be use in the performance of official University business. Unless otherwise authorized, such vehicles are to be kept on University premises when not in use unless the official University business purpose requires the vehicle to be kept off premises. Use of University vehicles may constitute taxable income and be subject to tax withholding reporting.
