Policy Statement

Any organization or individual wishing to solicit funds or engage in the sale or promotion of services or products on property owned or operated by Syracuse University must receive written permission from Student Centers and Programming Services, Schine Student Center. Student Centers and Programming Services maintains the right to deny any application or restrict any such activity to particular locations, times, and format. Permits shall be carried at all times by persons engaging in sales or solicitations and shall be shown upon request to University officials, including officers of the Department of Public Safety.
