Reporting Policy Violations

All members of the University community are expected to report suspected policy violations to appropriate University offices, such as those listed below.

Faculty and staff are first encouraged to report concerns to their immediate supervisors. If that is not a viable option, concerns may be reported to an appropriate University office.
